BBLC to launch new Implicit Allocation Platform

27 November 2025

BBL Company (BBLC) is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of a new Implicit Allocation Mechanism (IAM) platform, designed to streamline capacity bookings via multiple brokers. This innovative solution, developed in collaboration with PRISMA, is planned to go live on the 9th of December 2025.

The new IAM platform gives BBLC shippers the possibility to reserve and secure BBLC capacity products on a first-come, first-served basis, aligned with commodity trades facilitated for BBLC shippers via a broker of their choice.

Following feedback from a recent shipper survey, BBLC has selected three additional brokers -Tullett Prebon, Marex Spectron, and Griffin Markets - to join its current broker, Cavendish Markets. These four brokers will operate through the new platform.

The initial launch will start with Cavendish Markets, with the other brokers joining shortly thereafter.

This new IAM platform underscores BBLC’s commitment to increase the options of doing capacity bookings for BBLC shippers while reinforcing its position as a key gateway linking TTF and NBP.
